Adopting from North Texas Corgi Connection
The first step is filling out an adoption application, by clicking the link below, and then email info@ntxcorgiconnection.org. Your application will be reviewed by our higher powers and kept on file for when a corgi comes into our rescue program that would fit your home and lifestyle.
North Texas Corgi Connection is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to the rehab, rehome, and renewing of stray, neglected, and abused corgis. All of our lowriders live in experienced foster homes and receive complete veterinary care, which includes vaccinations, spaying/neutering (for 6 months or older), and heartworm preventative medications. Personality evaluation and light obedience and house training are started while in foster care.
NTxCC Adoption Process
You will be contacted when a corgi in our rescue program fits your pack. You can then meet at the foster home, or a designated public place, and see if it’s a match made in Dog Heaven. After meeting, if there are heart emojis beaming from your eyes, you may take your lowrider home for a two-week sleepover. We will hold payment from you by cash, check, PayPal or Venmo until your decision is made. If at any time you find sad face emojis instead, please contact your NTxCC representative, and we will gladly arrange a pick-up. Our goal is to find the perfect home for our rescues, as well as find the perfect corgi for your home.
