Our Story
A single nub changed everything
Originally a part of North Texas Corgi Rescue, our founding members had collectively rescued and rehomed over 150 corgis, in the course of only ten years. Whew! That’s a lot of dog hair.
Once the original board and group disbanded, a few of the members felt the need to continue the mission of helping all low riders in need. Thus began the start of North Texas Corgi Connection.
Aside from connecting a corgi-less family with a corgi in need, our main goals are to promote spay/neuter, contribute to medical assistance, and make the world a better place, one corgi at a time.

NTXCC can help with low-cost spay/neuter options and contributions towards the procedure. This program is available to anyone needing financial help and does not limit the number of applications per household.
By spaying or neutering your corgi, you’ll not only help control the pet homeless crisis, which results in millions of healthy dogs and cats being euthanized each year simply because there aren’t enough homes, but you will also positively benefit the health, longevity, and behavior of your corgi.
